Water Damage Turns into Mold Remediation in Viera, FL

This Viera, Florida family experienced a large water damage that affected several rooms in their home. The water damaged was the result of a problem with the water heater. The homeowner quickly called SERVPRO of South Brevard and we were able to get our crew out to his house within an hour of his call. Once our crew started extracting the few inches of standing water and mitigating, they came across mold behind the drywall and floor board. Due to this unknown finding, the procedure changes  from water mitigation to mold remediation. The after picture was taken several days later after walls were dried out, and the mold was completely removed. Even though the customer was not expecting his home to under going mold remediation, he was happy everything was all done in only a few days.
